Project Manager
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for coordinating and guiding the development of Ekartha's Software Technology. You will be responsible for cost, time, and quality of the deliverables. You will provide technical leadership in the area of software design and development, and will actively participate in the software development process.
As the leader of the software team, you will keep a measure on the pulse of the team, and keep the team highly motivated and productive.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
- The candidate should possess a minimum B.E./ M.Tech./ M.E. in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with a minimum 2 - 3 years experience in Java and J2EE or .NET and related technologies.
- The candidate must have proven organizational skills and experience in the management of complex software projects.
- The candidate must possess excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- The candidate should be comfortable in a leadership position, and must be able to successfully exert such leadership.
