Oracle Database Developer Responsibilities: The candidate will architect, implement, manage and diagnose high performance databases. The candidate will be involved in determining scalability, availability and performance criteria and designing databases and infrastructures to support them. The candidate will plan and implement timelines and priorities for the design, development and support of database systems. Skills & Knowledge Required: The candidate should have prior experience developing and maintaining high performance databases. The candidate should have advanced SQL knowledge, and very strong Oracle database experience. The candidate should have knowledge of transaction processing, database concurrency, message queuing, stored procedures, and trigger development. Quality Assurance Engineer Responsibilities: As a Quality Assurance Engineer, the candidate will be responsible for developing test plans and tests for Ekartha's component framework. The tests include white and black box, system integration and performance testing. The candidate will develop regression-testing methods and apply metrics to assess the quality of software. The candidate will assume responsibility for ensuring that Ekartha's software meets stringent quality standards. Skills & Knowledge Required: The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. The candidate should have 2+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer. Solid experience in Windows 95/98/NT/2000 platforms is required. The candidate should have at least one year of programming experience in Java or C++. Good communications and writing skill are essential.
